Chilli Cheese Muffins

2 cups flour
½ cup cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon baking powder
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 teaspoon mix herbs
1/2 cup green and red peppers (chopped)
Some green coriander
¾ cup milk
¼ cup oil

Combine milk & oil. In a separate bowl combine all the other ingredients. Add the milk & oil mixture to it to make a stiff batter. Do not overmix. Spoon out into greased muffin trays. Bake at 180 for about 20 mins until lightly brown.
