Ingredients:

1 cup oats

½ cup protein powder (soy)

¼ cup cocoa powder

1 cup dates (pitted & soaked for 30 mins)

½ cup chopped almonds

¼ cup sesame seeds

½ cup coconut (dessicated or chips)

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method:

Grind oats until fine flour. Add soy & cocoa powder. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shape into bars or mould into balls.
