This retreat will offer you an opportunity to engage in a process of ACKNOWLEDGING where you are, ACCEPTANCE of what is,TRANSCENDING into healing and to ultimately REVEAL and CELEBRATE the truth of who you truly are.

Drawing on practices and tools of meditation, reflective dialogue, meaningful conversations and creative expression, we will generate an intimate space of loving kindness, gentleness and compassion to help re- awaken the wisdom, authentic power and beauty that lies within us.

This weekend will be facilitated by Sr Pratiba and Kamla Lalbahadhur. Pratiba has been instrumental in facilitating and co-ordinating annual retreats for women under the theme of Women of Spirit for several years. Kamla is a retired nurse and facilitator of the Values in Healthcare program. Both Pratiba and Kamla are practitioners of Raja Yoga meditation with a combined experience of over 50 years. They are dedicated to facilitate a healing journey based on their personal practices and experiences.
