Raja Yoga meditation enables you to embark on an inward journey.
The course provides you with a spiritual understanding that identifies the self as an eternal soul, as opposed to just a body that lives a human lifespan.
This will help you discover the positive qualities already latent within you, enabling you to create new attitudes and responses to life.
Those who have completed Part 1 of the meditation course, are invited to join us for Part 2 where we will explore the philosophy of Raja Yoga in more depth: understanding karma, time and destiny.
We will end the day by looking into practices that can sustain us.
A light lunch will be served. Please bring along a notebook and pen.
