Raja Yoga meditation enables you to embark on an inward journey. The course provides you with a spiritual understanding that identifies the self as an eternal soul, as opposed to just a body that lives a human lifespan. This will help you discover the positive qualities already latent within you, enabling you to create new attitudes and responses to life.
A light lunch will be served. Please bring along a notebook and pen.
