Compassionate Care For The Self and Those We Care For
For All Professionals

Competence and compassion are important aspects of good care, yet what we do can leave us physically, psychologically and spiritually exhausted. We are expected to and want to be compassionate, yet the cumulative exposure to crisis in clients’ lives can take a toll on our own wellbeing, leading to burnout.

Join us to explore compassion, what it means for the self and others, understanding the barriers to compassion, and how to stay compassionate using tools that allow us not to be depleted.

Date: Sat, 1 August
Time: 10:00 – 13:00
Venue: 1st Scout Hall, 30 Hof Street, Tableview
(Additional parking in Gloucester Road)
