While flying to New York three weeks after the 11th September 2001 tragedies, Enrique Simó, a long-serving student and teacher of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University, realised he had two alternatives. One was to be worried and create thoughts of fear and insecurity. The other was to create thoughts of peace that would help him feel calm and create a good atmosphere all around. At that moment, he decided to write this simple and practical guide towards achieving the latter.
