A dynamic and intuitive facilitator whose journey bridges spirituality, meditation, and creative exploration, drawing on 17 years of Raja Yoga practice and teaching experience. Based in Helsinki, she co-coordinates Brahma Kumaris Finland activities and leads talks, courses, and workshops.
