Anger is an expression of inner pain – an indication that all is not well in our world. It is a powerful force that destroys our ability to think clearly, that ruins our relationships and that makes us physically sick.
This course will show you how spiritual knowledge and self-awareness can help you to change and transmute anger into more positive energy. You will learn to understand the anger process and the role your thoughts play in this process and to respond from a space of inner centeredness, rather than from chaotic reactivity. You will learn to reflect on and let go of the inner pain that causes your anger. And you will leave with a range of practical tools to help you live a more peaceful life.

Who is this for?
Anyone who has ever embarrassed themselves and their loved ones with an uncontrolled outburst of anger should attend this course. Anyone who has ever made themselves sick with seething, unexpressed anger should also attend this course.
