Stress makes it difficult to control our emotions, weakens our immune system and causes many health problems. And stress invariably has a negative impact on our relationships and performance in the world.

Stress-free Living will help you identify the triggers of stress. It will provide you with the knowledge and the tools to calm your mind and stabilise your emotions, so that you can choose how, why and when to respond, rather than just being reactionary. You will learn how to relax, how to deepen and strengthen your inner capacity for dealing with situations peacefully, how to embrace rather than fear change, and how to manage stress – regardless of external circumstances and situations.

This course was designed to help anyone (and that is most adults, these days) suffering from stress.
The course is also available, in-house, to corporations and organisations, on request.
