World Peace Meditation Hour
Join millions around the globe in sending positive vibrations to our world.
“The future is not somewhere we’re going, it’s a place we’re creating, in each moment, with each thought, with each image we hold in our minds.” – Emmett Miller
Our outer world is a reflection of what lies within our collective inner worlds. By directing our thoughts in specific, positive ways, we have the potential to guide the world towards becoming a more loving and peaceful place.
Meditation really has the power to transform the world. A number of scientific studies indicate that when large numbers of people meditate and send the same positive thoughts into the universe at the same time, the energies are amplified, causing an energetic ripple effect. The results is a significant and measurable drop in crime rates, car accidents, suicides, casualties, etc. And yes, alternative explanations are ruled out. (See some of the research references below.*)
Now more than ever the world needs vibrations of peace and calm.
Brahma Kumaris hosts a World Peace Meditation Hour in more than 100 countries on the 3rd Sunday of every month, from 6.30 to 7.30 pm.
Who is this for?
Whether or not you know how to meditate, you are invited to join us for this hour of music, guided meditation, commentaries and silence, during which we send positive thoughts and vibrations of peace to our world.
