THE ROLES WE PLAY and Meditation

Durban Effingham 143 Belmont Road, Effingham Heights, Durban

A reflective and interactive session that blends play, creativity, leadership and meditation. Through experiential, childhood-inspired activity, we will explore the roles we consciously and unconsciously play in our personal lives and at work and how these roles influence relationships, accountability and decision-making. This session creates space to pause, reflect and reconnect with your authentic self, enabling you to become more intentional and values-driven.
