Kale Chips :
3 Bunches of curly kale
1 cup soaked cashew nuts
1 cup red bell pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1/2cup water
Seasoning:
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon hing
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method:
Wash the kale thoroughly.
Cut out the veins.
Marinate in the sauce.
Place in oven at high temperature and then switch off the oven and let it crisp dry in the oven.
